I will resubmit your request
so it will go to
the department where they will
be able to cater your needs.
They will also give you full car specs, registration number, miles it has
done and how much road tax is left. It won't need a MOT as the ex demo
vehicles we offer are fairly new.
Would you be able to send me a current stock list of all your
vehicles so I don't sit and apply for vehicles that aren't available please?
Sorry that is not possible. All the vehicles from the ex demo range
are in stock. Just follow the link and pick a car.
I was interested in the Fiesta 1.6 diesel engine. Could you do those quotes for this car for me please and I won't need any info other than the cars age, thanks.
The ford fiesta is only available with a 1.2 petrol engine. The ex demo cars have a little logo next to them which says IN STOCK. Sorry we can only offer cars in stock. If you are looking for a bigger engine and diesel it would have to be in a Focus or an Insignia.
Let me know what you want me to do please.
It doesn't have to be an ex-demo car does it?
If you want a good car, good deal and a good price, it will have to be an ex demo as that is what we are good at. If you want a brand new car then the price is higher. If you are happy with ex demo let me know please.
Yes, I will stick to an ex demo car. Can I have a quote on
the Focus but in diesel please.
Certainly, I will send you one straight away.
Hi, I have asked for a few quotes via email but have had no reply. I have checked my junk folder and nada! I will submit again just now can you keep an eye out for it please and let me know that you have sent a quote back. Thanks :-)
Hi, I've checked and nothing has come through. In what name have you submitted your quote requests? Are you getting any 500 error when you submit? Please advise. Kind regards Maria.
I've just submitted a request again, can you check if that one has came thru please? I've submitted them in my own name an no 500 error. thanks for your help maria
Got this one for a Megane and you work at Tesco Bank. I'm afraid the offices are closed so it will be tomorrow when you hear from the team which will put together for you a firm quote. Hope that is alright?
yeah just sent another for a ds3. no problem tomorrow is great thanks so much for your help.
Sorry Maria I maybe should have submitted it through the firm quote function. I am looking to order a car in the next few days. Also I do have a deposit available. Thanks
Not sure if the guys can get you a DS3 however there are Meganes available. Carry on via email then telephone as we like to use FB for fun stuff.
Cool I will keep that In mind when I'm drunk face booking at the weekend...just kidding
A mate of mine said, don't get anything French or you'll b asking for trouble!
Your mate has a point there. Wasn't sure why you wanted a Megane. However out of the French cars the Peugeot 208 is decent. I'd also recommend a Fiesta, Focus, Astra or Insignia, but maybe your mates can recommend something within the price range you set, which I believe is £160 inclusive of vat.
My mate said, honestly french motors are a no no, mechanics hate working on them and he had 2 clios which we says had problems with and just had to scrap the 04 plate Diesel one and trade in my Sport for a Fiesta Zetec sport (great wee car).
Come on the Peugeot 208 is decent car isn't it? Saying that the Fiesta was voted top 10 reliable city cars. And I agree the Zetec
is the best engine out of them all.
Hi, I'm a team manager and work for Tesco Bank. I'm looking to lease a city car. However, I have some questions and need you to help me understand a couple of things.
Hi, sure ask me anything you like. I'm here to help you.
I'd like to lease a Megane or an Astra 3 door.
The Astra with 3 doors is not available at the moment. There is a model that costs a little bit more but worth paying for. When the guys send you a firm quote (for the Megane) do let them know that you would prefer the Astra instead.
Thanks for getting back to me. After some thought not looking to go ahead with the megane but I am interested in the Astra. I had a look at the website directly and I donít think they deliver to my home address free of charge is that correct?
Yes the Astra is a better choice. Most other companies hide the delivery charge in the payments, where our partners charge to your home address or free if you go and pick the car up yourself. I still think if you do your maths it is still cheaper than anyone else even if you had to pay a delivery charge. What do you think?
Yeah still defo interested in receiving the quotes. Do you charge a documentation fee?
We don't charge anything, as our services to you are free. Depending which funder is chosen for the lease probably £30, but don't quote me on that.
Some other companies charge £150 others £300. These are questions you can ask the guys when they contact you from the dealership after they send you the first firm quote.
I'm always here to help you. Do let me know how you get on.
Sorry me again!
I have had another look at the website and just to confirm I am interested in the following cars
Ideally if there is not much of a price difference I would rather a bigger car so fiesta would be last on the list. Ideally no deposit, 2 or 3 yrs term with maintenance.
Thanks for your time, im sorry to be a pest.
To give you a bit of advice and save you some money, you can actually lease a car for 4 years so to get the best price possible but return or swap the car after 2 years without any penalties. This way you get to drive a newish car every 2 years, no breakdowns, no heavy repair work, etc. Just oil changes and tyres if you do 20,000 miles a year.
Also do not take maintenance package from the dealer, they charge and hide the cost in the payments. You are best to arrange your own maintenance when the time comes with your local garage.
I see you are after a no deposit deal, which basically the deposit is built into the payments. Even the delivery charge if you want.
How is your credit history, ok?
Really, I didnít know that. Well that is brilliant then because I do like a new car every 2 years. On your advice I wonít take the maintenance either! Good shout...saving me money!
My credit history should be top notch! I work for a bank and have never missed a payment on anything. I donít really have that much debt. Mortgage and credit card. I can pay a deposit, £600 max including VAT.
Thanks Sam you are being really helpful I totally appreciate it.
Although I now have a good job in project management and earn £62,000 a year, my time out of work following redundancy was damaging to my credit history which i am now rebuilding: I am therefore looking for deals where bad credit is acceptable or short term deals with no credit check required (happy to pay up front for 3 or 6 month deal). I am looking for a mid size car, if possible, with a sporty edge. Thanks and regards
There are deals suitable for you. I will send you a couple so you can compare.
I'm a hospital directorate manager, for the Central Manchester NHS Foundation Trust and I'm looking to lease a car in the near future. I was wondering if I can lease any car from you?
Of course you can lease from us. Your Trust doesn't have to be part of our scheme. Everyone benefits from our low prices because of our bulk buying power we pass the discounts to our customers.
I don't need the car until next year when my current lease runs out.
We are not like other NHS car leasing solutions companies that take for ever to deliver a car. I'm sorry we cannot quote you for a car for such a distant time. Typically 4 or 6 weeks before you need a car is the best time, as you will get the best price and latest vehicle. Cars from our ex demo fleet can be delivered within 15 days.
Many thanks for your super fast and friendly service. I will be in touch nearer to when my other lease runs out. Thank you.
Please ignore my enquiry made earlier - believed i had contacted different company. You can't help me - my guarantor is too 'clean' and despite owning home outright sadly doesn't owe anyone!!! What a sad world we live in when you gotta have debt to help your daughter!!!
I'm afraid that is how it works. If someone wants credit for a car that is worth thousands of pounds, how else is the "funder" suppose to know if a customer is credit worthy? If there is no credit history then that is worse than bad credit history.
As it is advised on the time4leasing website, you can get yourself a couple of credit cards, setup direct debits, spend a bit of money for 2 or 3 months and pay it all back promptly, then watch your credit history become excellent.
Sure thing, sad world we live in, so I recommend you play their game. : )))
Hi, I want to speak to someone regarding a quote. I sent a quotation on the 19th but have not yet been contacted. I also sent an email to enquiries but to no reply yet?
Have you checked your spam/junk folders? You should have been contacted by one of our affiliates from the finance department, what happened?
I still have not been contacted!!! I have completed 3 forms online. I am very disappointed in your service it states 'instant quote on your website' this is very deceiving as it has now been a week since I filled in the first form and I still do not have a quote.
I need a car urgently can someone please contact me. My correct information is that I am a home owner and I have been employed for many years and I have been in my latest role for over one year.
Can someone call me back urgently or provide me with a contact number.
Apologies for the delay the team is trying their best to contact
all customers. I have now contacted a supervisor to try and fast track you. Once
again, apologies for the delay.
Have you any news for me?
Your quote request is a strange one. We did have an application from you and they team has struggled to contact you, as you are not responding to any emails or text messages. Then we got another application from your wife, who we have been dealing with and progressed very well. We believe the application from both of you was only for one car, so we have been dealing with the family.
Is it possible that you the husband and your wife have not spoken about it her leasing a car? Please speak to your wife.
As she has got her own Ipad, didn't realise she was dealing with you? Sorry for confusion.
Hi, can I pick the colour of the car? also as I'm 19 would I need a guarantor?
If you work and have a full driving license, no you do not need any guarantor. However its best to lease a small engine car so to keep the insurance costs down. If there is a colour choice yes you can keep the colour you like.
I'm sorry but the Citroen you picked is not available at the moment. I will send you a good deal for another similar car that is in stock so you can compare.
When the team contacts you, you may discuss other good vehicles, deals and prices.
Hi, I had an IVA which I completed in December 2012, tried Lex but declined, looking for a Suzuki 4x4 or a Nissan Juke, ideally 3 years I have circa £1,000 for upfront payments if required, 10,000 miles per annum. My Experian credit score is 999 I can send you a copy of my report if required. Please can you give me some quotes and lead times?
With us that will not be a problem. I have already asked the underwriters and they are more than happy to speak to you and get you a good offer.
Hi, I'd like to lease a car for 6 month lease, 750 miles per month, budget no more than £350 per month, pref family sized car with diesel engine and manual driven
I'm afraid the minimum we can lease any vehicle at a reasonable price is 2 to 4 years, the minimum for some cars is 1 year and a family sized car would need a deposit of £1500 up front and then £480 a month. To achieve your target budget of £350 or less and pay no deposit the minimum hire would probably be 2 years.
Hi, I Have already sent a request for quote I had one contact from a guy called Tristan but have had nothing back in over a week, do you know why there is a delay?
Having investigated further, as I understand it you wanted to lease a car as a business purchase, the company you work for effectively went bankrupt and were recently bought out. The company that bought you out isnít strong enough to support a lend. Business purchases are manually underwritten by the lender and it is purely on the strength of the company, which in this case wouldnít work. So have no lend opportunity for the firm.
Hi, what do I do now?
You are better off taking a personal lease and charge your company the expenses of the vehicle until your company builds enough strength.
Hi, I'd like a car for 5k mileage per annum petrol I think its personal contract needed but please advise. Want to lease instead of buy and please give extra price per month to have the cover for tyres etc so can consider that. Budget approx £300 per month. Lease 3 years. Work for NHS. Also would like a quote for Octavia 1.4 TS SE DSG, second hand is fine.
I'm afraid to be able to produce a firm quote we would need to know your first name and at least your mobile phone number.
Our mobile number is 0795.... but please contact us via email and not this number and don't release this number. At the moment we are just shopping around for quotes and don't want the hassle of having to tell people not to ring.
If your credit history is excellent as you stated then prices we feature on the time4leasing website are more or less what you will be paying, specially the lower prices for used and nearly new vehicles.
To receive a firm quote I'm afraid the only way to do that is by submitting your details to an account manager advisor also called an underwriter who will provide a firm quote but that would mean us giving your mobile phone to your advisor and in turn they will credit check you to see if you are who you say you are (fraud prevention) and that your credit history is as you stated.
If you want a firm quote tailored to your needs you need to give me your ok to the above.
Hi, That's fine. go ahead.
Check your email for further instructions.
This turned out not to be the right thing for us, but worryingly we have just received a call from a compensation place who asked for my husband. This is my mobile (his wife) and so the only place it seems it could have come from is our number being released to other people from yourselves.
Can you please make sure our number is deleted from all your systems.
We just wanted an estimate. Which we received and didn't suit us.
Apologies if it wasn't your company, but if you could still remove our details from your system.
I can reassure you that we have no association with any compensation and or ppi companies and to be honest I get those type of calls every week and they are so annoying even if you tell them that you did not have an accident and you do not have any ppi outstanding they still phone.
As stated, we do not keep any customer details on record and we do not release any details to anyone as per our terms and conditions of using the time4leasing website. The only company who was given your number is to our affiliate who were instructed in turn and have deleted your application.
Hi, Just had a word with Jamie, who informs me there is no such product as a 'Bad Credit Lease', I find this somewhat strange, as you advertise this facility on your site/s. your comments would be greatly appreciated!
"Bad Credit Car Leasing" is a generic term that is used by the public which in most cases is an individual with bad credit history and is able to obtain a vehicle subject to approval. This is the equivalent of Hire Purchase agreement which is what we call it in our industry and more like what Jamie was referring to?
Is this more clear or is there something else that we need to discuss?
So are you saying Hire Purchase is still car leasing for people with bad credit?
I have just spoken with Jamie and what Jamie actually said was, "depending on your credit will depend on whether you can get a leasing product.
The customer has a large sum of adversity on his credit profile which in this instance has restricted his lending options (he was aware of this)", Jamie worked hard to get you accepted on a HP product with one of our subprime lenders. I believe you told him that you were happy with this.
I have advised Jamie to give you a call this morning and follow up on this deal so that we can see it through to completion.
